Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Regional Sales Manager – West to lead the Food & Beverage sales team across the Western United States. You will drive profitable growth, manage a field sales force, and strengthen customer relationships.

The role reports to the Director of Sales, North America – Food & Beverage and will cover Texas, California, Colorado, or Arizona with remote work options and travel 50–60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of B2B sales involving technical products or manufacturing solutions.
• Direct sales management experience with field sales team.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed field sales team and drive accountability for results.
• Deliver regional orders, revenue, and profitability through territory management and customer retention.
• Drive new customer acquisition, market-share expansion, and recurring consumables growth.
• Maintain strong field presence through joint customer visits and coaching to improve sales effectiveness.
• Lead funnel management, forecasting, and pipeline reviews to ensure quality.
