Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years B2B sales experience with technical products or manufacturing solutions
• Direct sales management experience and field team leadership
• Experience managing multi-state territories with orders/revenue targets
• Experience developing territory/strategic account plans and growth initiatives
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM for opportunity management and forecasting
• Experience managing technical sales processes and negotiations with engineering/operations stakeholders

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed field sales team with clear performance expectations
• Achieve regional orders, revenue, and profitability objectives through territory management
• Drive new customer acquisition, market-share expansion, and recurring consumables growth
• Maintain strong field presence via joint customer visits and strategic account engagement
• Lead funnel management, forecasting, and pipeline reviews for predictable performance
• Develop and execute territory and key-account strategies, including complex negotiations
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering, Systems Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to deliver solutions
