The position reports to the Director of Sales, North America – Food & Beverage and offers a remote-friendly arrangement, travel, and competitive compensation tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience involving technical products or manufacturing solutions.
• Direct sales management experience overseeing field sales teams.
• Experience managing multi-state territories with orders, revenue, and targets.
• Experience using Salesforce for opportunity management, pipeline tracking, and forecasting.
• Experience managing technical sales processes with engineering or procurement stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically dispersed field sales team and set performance expectations.
• Deliver regional orders, revenue, and profitability through territory management and account growth.
• Drive new customer acquisition, market-share expansion, and recurring consumables growth.
• Maintain field presence via joint customer visits and coaching to improve sales effectiveness.
• Lead funnel management, forecasting, and pipeline reviews for predictable performance.
• Develop territory and key-account strategies including complex negotiations.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to deliver solutions.
