Job summary

CEBA is seeking a strategic Manager to shape Western policy efforts, advancing clean energy deployment and policy advocacy for energy buyers. You will coordinate with policymakers, CEBA members, and consultants to drive the West program and secure funding for long‑term impact.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, project management, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams across policy, communications, and external partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to analyze complex energy policy issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience translating policy into actionable programs.

Responsibilities

• Shape state and regional policy efforts in the West.
• Engage policymakers, regulators, and CEBA members.
• Lead projects with budgeting, planning, and execution.
• Supervise consultants and external partners.
• Represent CEBA at industry events and stakeholder meetings.
