Job summary

The Corporate Energy Buyers Association (CEBA) is seeking a strategic Manager to shape Western state and regional policy efforts. You will drive market structures to accelerate clean energy deployment and amplify the voice of large energy customers across Western electricity markets.

Reporting to the Director of Western Policy, you will coordinate CEBA’s Western programs, engage policymakers, and support funding development for long-term impact in the West.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years in energy, policy, corporate sustainability, or utilities.
• Strong ability to analyze complex issues and propose innovative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Shape CEBA's Western policy strategy and market engagement.
• Lead cross-functional projects with CEBA teams and external partners.
• Supervise consultants and external experts to meet program goals.
• Represent CEBA with policymakers, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
