Job summary

Corporate Energy Buyers Association (CEBA) seeks a strategic Manager, Western Policy to shape regional energy policy and market structures. You will drive initiatives supporting clean energy deployment and engage regulators, policymakers, and stakeholders across Western electricity markets.

Reporting to the Director of Western Policy, this role coordinates CEBA’s Western programs, secures funding, and collaborates with policy teams, communications, and external consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in energy, policy, corporate sustainability, or utilities
• Minimum 1 year of experience in clean energy policy
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Shape CEBA’s Western policy strategy and market engagement
• Lead cross-functional policy projects from inception to execution
• Engage policymakers, regulators, and stakeholders to advance clean energy goals
• Coordinate with CEBA teams and external consultants to drive policy initiatives
• Represent CEBA at industry events and in stakeholder discussions
