Job summary

Corporate Energy Buyers Association (CEBA) is seeking a strategic Manager to shape Western policy efforts, advancing clean energy deployment and firm resources for large energy customers across Western electricity markets.

Reporting to the Director of Western Policy, you will coordinate with policy teams, regulators, and CEBA members, manage projects end-to-end, and help develop funding to support CEBA's long-term West vision. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in energy, policy, or utilities.
• Minimum 1 year experience in clean energy policy.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Shape Western policy strategy and market structures to accelerate clean energy deployment.
• Engage with regulators, policymakers, and external stakeholders to advocate CEBA positions.
• Lead cross-functional projects with budgeting and execution oversight.
• Manage consultants and external partners to achieve program goals.
