Job summary

FMX is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive growth across the West Coast in higher education. This remote role covers the Pacific Northwest and beyond, with responsibility for managing pipeline, demos, negotiations, and closing deals.

Ideal candidates bring knowledge of the Higher Education buyer journey, experience in closing sales, and strong consultative skills. You will collaborate with SDRs and use FMX tech stack to win complex multi-stakeholder opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years closing or selling roles in SaaS.
• Remote sales experience preferred.
• Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a Higher Education territory on the West Coast.
• Meet/exceed quarterly and annual new business targets.
• Build relationships; analyze challenges and propose FMX solutions.
• Guide buyers through the funnel; arrange product demos, negotiate contracts, set expectations for implementation.
