Job summary

Cella, by Randstad Digital, is expanding its enterprise sales team and seeks a high-energy Business Development Executive to hunt and win net-new logos on the West Coast. You will prospect, qualify, and close complex staffing, consulting, and managed services deals while coordinating with delivery teams to ensure seamless transitions.

The role is remote for candidates on the Pacific/West Coast, with EST-aligned weekly meetings.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of B2B consultative sales experience with at least 2+ years in staffing or related services.
Proven track record of prospecting, opening doors, and closing complex enterprise deals.
Strong pipeline development and opportunity management skills.
Experience navigating MSAs, RFPs, and pricing negotiations.
Fluency in strategic sales frameworks (Challenger, SPIN, TAS).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and familiarity with modern CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Proactively prospect, cold-call, and network to penetrate target enterprise accounts.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from initial contact to contract closing.
Develop aggressive territory plans to maximize conversions and revenue growth.
Collaborate with consultants and delivery teams to ensure smooth transitions post-sale.
Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene with accurate forecasting and pipeline health.
