You will manage a hunter-focused team, align with Marketing and Product, and own forecasts. The role supports remote work with travel as needed across the West Coast to cultivate major client relationships and close key deals.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar senior sales role in Tech Services.
• Must have 5+ years of experience in agency sales, prospecting, brand strategy, and quota management.
• Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
• Familiarity with CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the assigned area or territory.
• Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
• Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Identify new potential customers and market opportunities.
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
• Liaise with Marketing and Product Development to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team onboarding.
