Gould & Goodrich is seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager for the West Coast to drive growth remotely across the region. You will identify opportunities, support product development, and lead client meetings while traveling up to 75% to build strategic relationships.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree) and a proven track record in large-account sales and CRM usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 5+ years of relevant sales experience (10+ years with no degree)
• Demonstrated sales success with prospecting and revenue growth in large accounts
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and complex conditions
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies; CRM proficiency

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities aligned with company goals and work with Sales Team
• Support product development using input from end-users and distribution network
• Follow up on new business opportunities; set up customer meetings and deliver presentations
• Act as primary contact for strategic prospects; build long-term customer relationships
• Provide forecasting and reporting on sales pipeline; contribute to marketing materials and lead generation
• Attend client meetings and industry events; travel up to 75%
• Develop industry relationships to generate referral leads; achieve sales targets
