Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing is seeking a Website Performance Manager to own automotive dealer website relationships and drive proactive product delivery. You will manage a portfolio of clients, triage issues, and deliver monthly KPI reports using Google Analytics and SEO best practices.

The ideal candidate has automotive digital marketing and/or agency experience, strong dealership operations knowledge, and hands-on experience with HTML/CSS, Salesforce, and CRM strategies.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years' progressive automotive digital strategy or automotive retail management experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of dealership operations and ability to work with all levels within a dealership.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing strategy for websites and advertising (SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, Bing).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients and ensure customers’ needs drive priorities and decisions.
• Manage a full and/or complex account load and triage issues.
• Engage with customers to articulate user problems and prioritize bugs and issues.
• Deliver monthly reporting with KPIs, Google Analytics, and SEO priorities to ensure a healthy client relationship.
• Assess and present new feature requests to leadership.
• Communicate priorities, timelines, and guidance to customers.
• Leverage Salesforce to create product backlogs and monitor team efficiency.
• Drive portfolio growth through upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Ensure client retention by effectively managing all accounts in the portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support reactive and proactive service for dealers.
• Provide performance-based site improvement recommendations.
