Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This hands-on role manages the CMS, publishing intake, releases, accessibility, and technical health of our web properties.

You will partner closely with Performance Marketing, Creative and Brand, Content, and Marketing Operations to translate business requirements into reliable, accessible web experiences while

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing production marketing websites with a modern CMS.
• Ability to diagnose front-end issues and optimize pages for performance and accessibility.
• Experience with analytics and site-health tools to improve SEO and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CMS administration for pages, templates, and publishing workflows.
• Translate approved needs into realistic release schedules across brands.
• Build and update pages using established components in collaboration with designers and developers.
• Lead QA and release readiness including accessibility, tracking, and form integrity.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals, redirects, crawlability, and metadata for SEO health.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document technical requirements for partners.
• Implement campaign tracking and consent management with Marketing Ops.
• Create governance and reusable processes to reduce bottlenecks and clarify ownership.
• Analyze site data with GA4 and Search Console; share actionable recommendations.
