Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This hands-on role will manage the CMS, publishing intake, releases, and technical health to ensure accessible, high-performance sites.

You will partner with Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, and IT to translate business needs into reliable website experiences, while maintaining governance and QA standards across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, information systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years managing production marketing websites on modern CMS.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS; able to diagnose front-end issues.
• Experience with technical SEO, accessibility, performance, and QA.
• Experience using GA4, Google Search Console, or similar analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CMS administration across pages, templates, components, permissions, workflows.
• Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across lines.
• Build and update pages using components; coordinate with designers, developers, agencies.
• Lead QA and release readiness, including accessibility and tracking.
• Monitor site health, Core Web Vitals, redirects, metadata, and SEO basics.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document requirements for developers.
• Implement campaign tracking and consent management; support tests.
• Create governance, documentation, reusable processes for ownership and approvals.
• Use analytics and site-quality tools to identify issues and share recommendations.
