You will troubleshoot portal issues, monitor performance, and help develop user training materials. The role requires 1+ years in IT support, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in IT support or customer service roles.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and troubleshooting techniques.
