Job summary

Page Mechanical Group, Inc. is seeking a technically minded IT support professional to bridge end-user helpdesk and senior engineering. You will own monitoring across network, cloud, and NaaS environments, triage alerts, and support endpoint and device management.

This role is remote with core US business hours and requires 3+ years in IT support. You will serve as the first escalation for technical issues, perform first-level network troubleshooting, manage the ticket queue, and help maintain

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT support or NOC experience.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs.
• Experience with monitoring/alerting platforms.
• Familiarity with Intune or another MDM.
• Experience supporting Windows environments.
• Clear communication and incident documentation.
• Experience with Jira Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network, cloud, and NaaS environments using observability and alerting platforms.
• Own NaaS site monitoring and track link health and connectivity.
• Triage alerts and escalate with full context.
• Manage firmware/config changes for live sites with Field Engineering.
• Serve as first escalation for helpdesk issues.
• Perform first-level network troubleshooting.
• Own the technical ticket queue and ensure routing.
• Contribute to SLA compliance with timely responses.
• Assist with device enrollment and policy deployment.
• Support OS patching for Windows and Linux.
