Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on WordPress and Elementor experience; built and maintained real sites
• Strong technical depth to evaluate developer output and ensure quality
• Working SEO knowledge and on-page fundamentals
• Experience coordinating with a development team; precise specs and feedback
• Relentless QA mindset; ability to push for quality
• Ability to build processes from scratch and implement new systems
• Clear communication with non-technical account managers and technical developers
• FIO mentality – figure it out when the CMS is unfamiliar

Responsibilities

• Technical QA on every site before it reaches a client: broken links, forms, mobile responsiveness, SEO basics
• Website briefs/handoffs: develop efficient process from ideation to execution
• Manage relationships with development resources: set expectations, track turnaround, coach team
• Build a real intake and tracking process for edits (ClickUp or alternative)
• Move toward pre-built templates to speed delivery and reduce custom builds
• Gather requirements on premium custom builds for scoping conversations
• Rock hosting and domain management: DNS and hosting environment organization
