Job summary

Vasion is seeking a Web Operations Manager (remote or hybrid within commuting distance of St. George or Lehi, UT). You will own the CMS day-to-day, build and edit pages, and translate business requests into actionable specs for developers and designers.

You’ll run standups, plan sprints, and manage the web team's roadmap to ensure timely delivery and consistency across the site. Collaborating with marketing and regional teams, you will ensure accessibility, performance, and SEO, while

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web operations, digital production, or related field.
• Experience building/editing pages in a modern CMS with components.
• Strong requirements gathering to turn requests into specs.
• Experience running Agile ceremonies and managing roadmaps.
• Able to triage and scope requests for devs/designers.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic SEO fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Build, edit, and publish webpages using CMS components.
• Own intake, clarify requirements, and convert to actionable specs.
• Direct requests within scope or hand to developers/designers as needed.
• Maintain templates and design-system governance across the site.
• Oversee redirects, URL governance, and multi-brand footprint.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals and site performance, ensure WCAG compliance.
• Lead standups, sprint planning, and roadmap delivery for web team.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and regional teams on localization.
• Implement SEO and CRO tests in alignment with leadership.
