Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle homeowner warranty and service requests promptly through remote channels.
• Guide homeowners through troubleshooting using remote tools and gather necessary documentation.
• Communicate warranty coverage and process claims with accuracy and clarity.
• Document all findings and maintain case history in company systems.
• Coordinate with Trade Partners and field teams to resolve issues.
• Assist in after-hours on-call rotations and expedite emergency repairs.
