Mindoula Health in Washington state is seeking a Washington Certified Peer Support Specialist to assist our members across Washington. This remote role requires occasional on-site work about 20% of the time.

You must be fully certified as a WA Peer Support Specialist to be considered. As a role model for individuals in recovery, you will plan care, assess needs, complete screenings, and refer clients to resources.

Qualifications

• Must be fully certified as a WA Peer Support Specialist.
• Lived-experience and participation in a recovery program encouraged.
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify member needs and document interventions based on assessments.
• Provide support across various settings and assist with support groups.
• Contribute to team case reviews to ensure a collaborative approach.
• Complete documentation for member contacts and care plans per policy.
• Communicate professionally with members, families, doctors, and partners.
• Support enrollment and care coordination with community agencies.
