Mindoula Health Inc. is seeking a Washington Certified Peer Recovery/Support Specialist to assist our members across Washington State. This role is primarily working from home, with occasional community-based work 20% of the time as needed.

You must be fully certified as a Peer Support Specialist in WA to be considered for this job opening. Role Overview: Peer Recovery/Support Specialists serve as role models for individuals facing substance-exposed living and recovery.

Qualifications

• WA certification as Peer Support Specialist is required.
• Must have successfully participated in a recovery program.
• Caring and compassionate with passion for helping individuals in recovery.

Responsibilities

• Identify member needs and document interventions.
• Provide support to members in various settings and assist with support groups as needed.
• Contribute to case management meetings to ensure team-based care.
