Job summary

Mindoula Health Inc. is seeking a Washington Certified Peer Support Specialist to assist members across Washington State. This role is primarily remote with occasional community-based work about 20% of the time.

You must be fully certified as a Peer Support Specialist in Washington to be considered. Role involves planning care, assessing needs, completing screenings, and referring clients to resources. You will coordinate with the Substance Use Disorder Program team and community agencies to

Qualifications

• Must hold Washington State Certified Peer Support Specialist credential.
• Must have participated in a recovery program.
• Must be caring and compassionate with a drive to help individuals facing substance-exposed living.
• Must possess strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability.
• Must have lived experience relevant to recovery.

Responsibilities

• Identify member needs and document interventions based on relationships and assessments.
• Provide support to members in various settings and assist with support groups as needed.
• Contribute to case management meetings to ensure a team approach for each member.
• Complete documentation for member contacts, touches, cancellations and care plans per policies.
• Communicate professionally with members, families, physicians, agencies, and staff.
