Job summary

Mindoula is seeking a Washington-certified Peer Recovery/Support Specialist to assist members across Washington State. This role is primarily work-from-home with 20% occasional community-based work. Must be fully WA-certified as a Peer Support Specialist.

In this role you will follow Substance Use Disorder guidelines to plan care, assess needs, & coordinate with teams and providers to deliver high-quality care. Compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be WA-certified Peer Support Specialist.
• Has participated in a recovery program.
• Caring, compassionate and able to help individuals in recovery.

Responsibilities

• Identify member needs and document interventions.
• Provide support across settings and assist with support groups as needed.
• Participate in case management meetings to ensure team approach.
• Complete documentation for member contacts and care plans per policy.
• Communicate professionally with members, families, physicians, and community agencies.
• Support enrollment and engagement efforts to grow program participation.
