Job summary

Mindoula Health Inc. in Washington state seeks a Washington Certified Peer Recovery/Support Specialist to assist our members statewide. This role is primarily work from home with occasional community-based work up to 20% of time and requires WA certification.

Qualifications

• WA-certified Peer Support Specialist with current WA credentials.
• Experience in recovery or peerSupport roles within behavioral health.
• Caring, compassionate, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to document interventions clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Identify member needs and document interventions based on assessments.
• Provide support to members across settings and assist with groups as needed.
• Participate in case management meetings to ensure a team approach.
• Document member contacts, touches, cancellations and care plans per policy.
• Communicate professionally with members, families, physicians, and partners.
• Follow chain of command when raising concerns or recommendations.
• Strive to achieve set goals and KPIs for the program.
• Represent Mindoula and the Substance Use Disorder program in the community.
• Support enrollment efforts to grow the member census and enroll eligible members.
