Job summary

Mindoula Health Inc is seeking a Washington Certified Peer Recovery/Support Specialist to assist members across Washington State. This role is primarily work-from-home with 20% community-based work; WA certification is required.

The salary ranges from $43,000 to $46,000 annually, with a robust benefits package including health, life, and 401k. You will coordinate with care teams, plan care, complete screenings, and refer clients to resources as part of the Substance Use Disorder Program.

Qualifications

• Must be fully certified as a WA Peer Support Specialist.
• Experience participating in recovery programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify member needs and document interventions.
• Provide support across settings and assist with groups as needed.
• Contribute to case management meetings for a team approach.
• Document member contacts, touches, and care plans per policy.
• Communicate professionally with members, families, and providers.
• Achieve set goals and KPIs.
• Represent Mindoula in community outreach and events.
• Support performance improvement initiatives.
