Qualifications

• Must be a Washington State Certified Peer Support Specialist.
• Participation in a recovery program is required.
• Candidate must have lived experience with recovery.
• Candidate should be caring and compassionate with a passion for helping others.
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability required.

Responsibilities

• Identify member needs and document interventions.
• Support members in various settings and assist with groups as needed.
• Contribute to case management meetings for a team approach.
• Document member contacts, touches, and care plans per policy.
• Communicate professionally with members, families, physicians, and community partners.
