Job summary

Norstella is seeking a VP, Strategic Client Partnerships to lead a new post-sale function spanning Real World Data, IHD Platform, and IHD as a Service. You will hire and mentor four Strategic Client Directors and a Renewal Operations Specialist while shaping the operating model and playbooks to drive growth and value realization across senior accounts.

Qualifications

Proven client leadership in post-sale roles within life sciences data or biopharma.
Experience growing revenue through renewals and expansions.
Strong executive presence with C-suite relationships.
Track record of meeting NRR and renewal targets.
Experience with multi-year renewal negotiations and complex contracting.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Strategic Client Directors and Renewal Operations Specialist.
Own executive relationships at strategic accounts across RWD, IHD Platform and IaaS.
Drive value realization through quarterly business reviews and ROI storytelling.
Identify expansion opportunities and route to Sales/Pre-Sales with context.
Ensure renewals occur 30+ days before expiry and pricing reflects value.
Coordinate with Data Ops, LinQ Support, and Engagement Management.
