Evisions, a leader in educational software, seeks a VP of Professional Services to own the end-to-end Services business, drive revenue, and deliver exceptional client outcomes. The role focuses on scalable delivery, disciplined project management, and strong partnerships across Sales, Product, and Engineering.

You will lead the team through high growth, set clear priorities, and ensure delivery quality while optimizing utilization and backlog conversion.

Qualifications

10+ years in Professional Services, consulting, or equivalent client delivery leadership.
Experience leading revenue, utilization, capacity, and client outcomes with a services business.
Strong ability to set priorities, coach teams, and drive disciplined delivery.

Responsibilities

Own the Professional Services business plan, revenue attainment, utilization, and backlog conversion.
Scale the team during high growth while protecting margin and client outcomes.
Set expectations for scoping, reporting, risk management, and client communication.
Serve as executive escalation point to manage scope, timelines, and client alignment.
Develop senior resources and build bench strength to reduce need for senior escalation.
Partner with Sales on scoping, design, pricing, and handoff for achievable commitments.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Client Success, and Finance to remove blockers.
Use AI tools to improve forecasting, visibility, and resource planning.
