Envision Horizons LLC seeks an accomplished Vice President of Client Services to lead client-facing teams, drive satisfaction, and scale our operations. This leader will oversee Client Services and coordinate with Creative and Logistics to deliver integrated growth strategies. A proven track record managing a multi‑million P&L and expanding service offerings is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client services or related leadership roles, in digital marketing, e-commerce, or agencies.
• Experience with digital advertising, Amazon marketplace management, or e-commerce.
• Experience building standardized processes (SOWs, pricing, health scoring) with Finance/Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the client services team with a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Provide strategic oversight for Creative and Logistics to ensure cohesive delivery and growth.
• Design and enforce repeatable client protocols to increase LTV and NRR and expand scope of work.
• Oversee full client lifecycle to ensure exceptional service and retention across all accounts.
• Act as executive contact for key clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expanded services.
