The role requires 15+ years in services/consulting with 10+ years in leadership, strong commercial acumen, and executive communication.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, Enterprise Software, or SaaS.
- 10+ years leading delivery teams/leaders.
- Strong commercial and operational acumen with revenue, utilization, forecasting, and margins.
- Experience with system integrators and delivery ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software implementations.
- Ability to lead through change, ambiguity and growth while maintaining delivery discipline.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management.
- Extensive knowledge of supply chain industry and customer transformation needs.
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, or scalable delivery models.
- Willingness to travel as needed for engagements and leadership activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the North America Professional Services team with strategic direction and accountability.
- Oversee delivery of enterprise software implementations on time, within budget, with high quality.
- Drive operational discipline: delivery performance, resource planning, profitability, forecasting.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Partners for integrated customer experience.
- Champion adoption of AI-enabled delivery capabilities and scalable delivery models.
