Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC is seeking a Post Close Leader to manage all aspects of funded loan post-close operations, from delivery to records management and quality control. The role includes strategic leadership across departments to enforce loan quality and regulatory compliance, with a remote work arrangement.

The target pay range is $160,000-$180,000 annually plus an annual bonus, DOE. Seven to ten years’ experience in loan origination processes and 10–15 years in mortgage industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years’ experience in managing at least one aspect of the Loan Origination Process.
• 10–15 years of mortgage industry experience in general.

Responsibilities

• Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws, including hiring/training, planning, directing work, monitoring performance, and resolving problems.
• Ensure Post Close operations adhere to policies, procedures, regulations, SLA and Loan Quality metrics.
• Collaborate with various departments to maintain loan quality and monetary controls.
• Develop a culture aligned with company values, continuous improvement, precision, and customer focus.
• Provide training on policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience

Ten to fifteen years of mortgage industry experience in general
