Job summary

Colliers' Vice President, Portfolio Strategy Consulting will report to the SVP of Innovation and lead complex business, real estate and analytical projects for Occupier Services and Corporate Solutions clients. You will identify transaction opportunities, develop business cases, and synthesize complex problems into actionable solutions.

The role is client-facing with revenue production responsibilities and requires up to 20-30% travel; remote arrangement from listed states in the US.

Qualifications

• MBA or MS in Real Estate is mandatory.
• 7-10 years' experience in real estate and/or management consulting.
• Expert in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience leading studies in business intelligence platforms (Tableau or Qlik).
• Experience with IWMS and CAFM systems.
• Training in location, economic and/or site selection methodology.
• Lean Six-Sigma training a plus.
• Exceptional oral, written and graphic presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Multi-tasking across multiple projects and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting assignments using analytical frameworks and problem-solving methodologies.
• Lead commercial real estate portfolio optimization, location strategy, site selection and planning studies.
• Expertise in financial modeling and market analytics to highlight key takeaways.
• Client-facing leadership of Metro-Market Strategies to C-Suite and BU leads.
• Leverage BI/tech platforms (Tableau/Qlik) to produce insights.
• Identify supply-side opportunities and build business cases for action and change.
• Generate revenue targets for the service line.
• Develop compelling consulting presentations.
• Support business development presentations and pitches.
• Travel up to 20%-30%.
