Job summary

Colliers International in the United States seeks a Vice President of Portfolio Strategy Consulting to lead and manage complex real estate and analytical projects for occupier services clients. You will develop innovative business and market analyses, build business cases, and present to C-suite and BU leads.

This client-facing role requires 7–10 years in real estate or management consulting, an MBA or MS in Real Estate, strong BI capabilities (Tableau/Qlik), and travel up to 20–30%.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of real estate or management consulting experience.
• MBA or MS in Real Estate is mandatory.
• Expert in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to lead studies in business intelligence platforms (Tableau or Qlik).
• Experience with IWMS and CAFM systems.
• Training in location, economic and site selection methodology.
• Lean Six Sigma training is a plus.
• Exceptional oral, written and graphic presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting assignments using analytical frameworks and problem-solving methodologies.
• Lead commercial real estate portfolio optimization, location strategy, site selection and planning studies.
• Have expertise in financial modeling and market analytics and highlight key takeaways.
• Present Metro-Market Strategies to C-Suite and BU leads with a compelling narrative.
• Leverage BI/technology platforms to produce actionable insights.
• Identify supply-side opportunities and develop business cases for action and change.
• Generate revenue targets for the service line.
• Develop business analytics and KPIs.
• Create compelling consulting presentations and client solutions.
• Support business development presentations and pitches.
• Travel up to 20–30%.
