Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Vice President, Portfolio Strategy Consulting to lead complex real estate and analytical projects for occupier services and corporate solutions clients. You will identify opportunities in client portfolios and develop compelling business cases for change, synthesizing complex problems into clear, actionable solutions.

You will manage client-facing engagements, mentor teams, and contribute to business development while traveling up to 20-30% to support

Qualifications

MBA or MS in Real Estate is mandatory.
7-10 years' experience in real estate and/or management consulting.
Expert in Microsoft Office products.
Experience with BI platforms Tableau or Qlik.
Experience with IWMS and CAFM systems.
Training in location, economic and/or site selection methodology.
Lean Thinking and Six-Sigma training a plus.
Exceptional oral, written and graphic presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Multi-tasking across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Lead consulting assignments using analytical frameworks and problem-solving methodologies.
Lead commercial real estate portfolio optimization, location strategy, site selection and planning studies.
Develop business cases and present to C-Suite and BU leads.
Leverage BI and technology platforms to deliver actionable insights.
Identify supply-side opportunities and build justifying business cases.
Develop revenue projections and KPI dashboards.
Produce professional client-ready presentations and analyses.
