Qualifications

7-10 years in real estate and/or management consulting.
MBA or MS in Real Estate is mandatory.
Expert in Microsoft Office products.
Experience with business intelligence platforms (Tableau or Qlik).
Familiarity with IWMS and CAFM systems.
Lean Thinking and Six-Sigma training a plus.
Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead consulting assignments using analytical frameworks.
Develop location strategy and site-selection studies.
Build financial models and market analyses.
