Job summary

Colliers International seeks a senior Portfolio Strategy Consulting professional to lead complex real estate and analytic projects for occupier services and corporate solutions clients. You will identify opportunities, develop business cases, and present outcomes to C-Suite and senior leaders.

Role requires deep expertise in market analytics, financial modeling, and experience with BI tools like Tableau or Qlik. Travel up to 20-30% may be required.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years' experience in real estate and/or management consulting practice.
• MBA or MS in Real Estate is mandatory.
• Expert in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to lead studies in business intelligence platforms (Tableau or Qlik).
• Experience and/or familiarity with IWMS and CAFM systems.
• Training in location, economic and/or site selection methodology.
• Exceptional oral, written and graphic presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting assignments using highly analytical frameworks and problem-solving methodologies.
• Lead commercial real estate portfolio optimization, location strategy, site selection and planning studies.
• Have expertise in financial modeling and market analytics and the ability to highlight the critical takeaways that bolster recommendations.
• Client facing, lead and present Metro-Market Strategies to C-Suite and BU leads in compelling ways that tell a comprehensive story.
• Leverage knowledge of Business Intelligence and technology-based platform development and expertise (Tableau or Qlik) to produce insights that lead to action.
• Autonomously identify supply-side location and property-level opportunities and develop business cases that justify action.
