Colliers seeks a Vice President, Portfolio Strategy Consulting to lead complex real estate and advisory projects, reporting to the SVP of Innovation; you will develop innovative studies for occupier services and corporate solutions, managing client portfolios and identifying opportunities to build business cases that drive change.

You will synthesize problems into actionable solutions, lead executive-level presentations, leverage BI platforms, and travel up to 30% as required to support growth

Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in real estate or management consulting.
MBA or MS in Real Estate is mandatory.
Strong expertise in financial modeling and market analytics.
Proficiency with BI platforms (Tableau, Qlik) and Excel.
Experience with IWMS and CAFM systems.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to lead multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

Lead consulting assignments using analytical frameworks.
Lead CRE portfolio optimization and site strategy studies.
Develop business cases and revenue plans for clients.
Present insights to C-Suite and key stakeholders.
Create BI-powered analyses to drive action.
Travel up to 20-30% as needed.
