Job summary

Glytec seeks a Vice President, Platform & Delivery to lead engineering, DevOps, integration, and support teams, reporting to the COO and collaborating with the CTO. 5+ years leading managers and multidisciplinary teams in a SaaS environment.
Experience turning product/tech strategy into roadmaps, releases, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, DevOps, integration, and support.
Translate roadmap into priorities, capacity plans, releases, and commitments.
Ensure platform reliability and uptime through monitoring, incident response, and DR testing.
Improve delivery speed via CI/CD, deployment automation, and IaC.
Lead EHR interface delivery, customer implementations, and support operations.
Maintain audit and compliance readiness for regulated software and access controls.
Manage partners and vendors with clear SLAs and scorecards.
Build team capability with clear goals, coaching, and succession planning.
Report delivery, reliability, security, and compliance to executives.
