Job summary

Aon is seeking an AVP/VP for Pharmacy Analytics to lead the design and implementation of analytics solutions across pharmacy claims, PBM contracting, and formulary strategy. The role acts as a senior analytics leader, partnering with clinical, actuarial, data science, product, and technology teams to deliver scalable insights for clients nationwide.

The position is remote within the United States, offering leadership for analytics colleagues and opportunities to influence pharmacy benefit design

Qualifications

Extensive experience analyzing pharmacy claims data and translating findings into strategic recommendations.
Experience leading analytics teams and cross-functional initiatives.
Ability to communicate complex concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of pharmacy analytics solutions aligned with client priorities.
Oversee analytics related to pharmacy claims, utilization, pricing, rebates, and PBM performance.
Translate analyses into executive-ready insights and client-facing narratives.
Partner with clinical, actuarial, data science, product, and technology teams to build scalable analytics.
Provide leadership and coaching to analytics team members and drive quality.
