Job summary

Aon is seeking an AVP/VP to lead Pharmacy Analytics, shaping analytics strategy across pharmacy claims, PBM contracting, formulary design, and specialty pharmacy. You will transform complex data into actionable guidance for clients and senior leadership from a national remote base in the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare analytics, pharmacy analytics, PBM, or related environments.
• Deep understanding of pharmacy benefits, PBM operations, claims adjudication, pricing methodologies, rebate structures, utilization management, formulary design, and specialty pharmacy.
• Experience translating analytics into strategic recommendations for clients or senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pharmacy analytics strategy, roadmap, and delivery model aligned with client priorities.
• Oversee analytics related to pharmacy claims, utilization, pricing, rebates, formulary management, and PBM performance.
• Translate complex pharmacy and financial analyses into executive-ready insights and client-facing narratives.
• Partner with clinical, actuarial, consulting, data science, product, and technology teams to build scalable analytic solutions.
• Support PBM evaluations, market checks, audits, and vendor performance reviews with data-driven insights.
