- Deep understanding of pharmacy benefits, PBM operations, and formulary design.
- Experience translating data analyses into strategic client recommendations.
- Strong leadership of analytics teams and cross-functional work.
- Proficiency with large healthcare datasets and analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of pharmacy analytics solutions.
- Oversee analytics on pharmacy claims, utilization, pricing, rebates, formulary management.
- Translate complex analyses into executive-ready insights and client narratives.
- Partner with clinical, actuarial, data science, product, and tech teams.
- Identify cost-efficiency opportunities and inform PBM strategy engagements.
