Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, statistics, economics, pharmacy, public health, healthcare administration, actuarial science, or related field.
• Advanced degree such as PharmD, MPH, MBA, MS, or PhD preferred.
• Experience translating analytics into strategic client recommendations.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of pharmacy analytics solutions across PBM and formulary domains.
• Act as senior analytics leader for pharmacy claims, contracting, specialty pharmacy, and trend management.
• Translate complex analyses into executive-ready insights and client narratives.
• Partner with clinical, actuarial, data science, product, and technology teams to build scalable analytic solutions.
