Job summary

Aon plc is seeking an AVP/VP for Pharmacy Analytics to lead design and implementation of analytics solutions that clarify pharmacy benefit performance, cost drivers, and PBM effectiveness. The role functions as a senior analytics leader across pharmacy claims, formulary strategy, and specialty pharmacy.

You will collaborate with clinical, actuarial, consulting, data science, product, and technology teams to deliver scalable analytics and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

Over 10 years of experience in healthcare analytics, pharmacy analytics, or related fields.
Strong leadership experience managing analytics teams and cross-functional initiatives.
Proficiency with large healthcare datasets and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of pharmacy analytics solutions.
Translate complex analyses into executive-ready insights and client narratives.
Partner with clinical, actuarial, data science, product and technology teams to develop scalable solutions.
Oversee PBM performance evaluations and formulary strategy insights.
