Job summary

Colliers International seeks an experienced Vice President, Portfolio Strategy Consulting to lead complex real estate and analytics projects for Occupier Services and Corporate Solutions clients. You will drive market analytics, financial modeling, and strategic recommendations while managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering client-ready presentations.

The role requires 7–10 years in real estate or management consulting, an MBA/MS in Real Estate, and strong expertise in Tableau/Qlik,

Qualifications

7-10 years' experience in real estate and/or management consulting.
MBA or MS in Real Estate is mandatory.
Expert in Microsoft Office products.
Ability to lead studies in business intelligence platforms (Tableau or Qlik).
Experience and/or familiarity with IWMS and CAFM systems.
Training in location, economic and/or site selection methodology; Lean/Six-Sigma a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead consulting assignments using analytical frameworks and problem-solving methodologies.
Lead CRE portfolio optimization, location strategy, site selection and planning studies.
Develop business cases and revenue models to support recommendations.
Present insights to C-Suite and BU leads in compelling, data-driven narratives.
Leverage BI platforms and technology to produce actionable analytical insights.
Travel up to 20-30% as required by client engagement.
