IPSY is seeking a VP, Lifecycle Marketing and Member Engagement to own the strategy for engaging members from first touch through long-term retention. You’ll define segmentation, build the measurement framework, and lead a team that includes loyalty, email, mobile, site marketing, and retention programs.

This senior role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and is ideally hybrid from Santa Monica, CA or Pembroke Pines, FL, or fully remote for the right fit.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or engagement marketing with leadership.
• Proven measurement frameworks showing CRM value to the business.
• Credibility for CRM in undervalued channels and data-driven culture.
• Strong know-how of MarTech architecture and data pipelines.

Aufgaben

• Define member engagement strategy across channels (email, push, SMS, site/app, direct mail).
• Own segmentation framework and ensure consistency across campaigns.
• Lead loyalty program evolution and oversee IPSY Rewards.
• Build and lead the lifecycle marketing team and culture.
• Oversee MarTech architecture and tool evaluations.
