Job summary

SavATree LLC in the United States seeks a Vice President of CRM, Lifecycle & Automation to own the CRM, lifecycle, and marketing automation engine. You will design the lifecycle strategy, retention programs, and LTV growth, reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, with ownership of email and SMS journeys across a remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in retention, lifecycle, or loyalty marketing.
• Senior leadership experience in a B2C environment.
• Deep analytical skills with cohort/retention and funnel analysis.
• Hands-on with a modern martech stack and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term LTV strategy and lifecycle programs.
• Lead email and SMS journeys and retention campaigns.
• Define segmentation and personalization tactics.
