Job summary

SavATree LLC is seeking a senior VP of Growth Marketing to own the demand engine across ~100 branches. You will lead budgeting, strategy, and cross-channel execution, with a hands-on, data-driven approach to optimize CPL, CAC, and ROAS while driving LTV growth and regional market expansion.

The role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and requires strategic vision, AI/automation know-how, and strong leadership of a small team plus agencies/contractors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing with B2C demand gen
• Experience leading a team in multi-location businesses preferred
• Deep analytical focus on CAC, CPL, ROAS, ROI
• Strong cross-channel acquisition program track record
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences
• Experience partnering with non-marketing operators across functions

Responsibilities

• Own demand engine for SavATree across 100+ branches
• Manage $15M+ budget across channels and agencies
• Optimize CPL, CAC, ROAS and local search strategy
• Lead paid search, LSA, paid social, SEO, CRO, direct mail, and offline ads
• Oversee agency/contractor relationships and accountability
• Grow recurring/subscriber base as a funnel objective
• Develop incrementality and attribution measures
• Lead landing page experiences and disciplined A/B testing
