Job summary

JobHire.AI is seeking a CVM Lead for the US market. This remote role drives lifetime value by building and optimising lifecycle programs across email, SMS, and web push.

You will own activation, retention, reactivation, and add-on monetization strategies while migrating our communications to a unified omnichannel platform. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in CRM/CVM with US-based subscription experience, strong SQL and data-driven decision making, and hands-on experience with Maestra or similar

Qualifications

3+ years operating CVM/lifecycle programs on the US market specifically.
Total 5+ years in CRM / lifecycle / CVM, owning function end-to-end.
Hands-on experience with an enterprise omnichannel platform (Maestra preferred).
Experience launching SMS in the US with carrier compliance and deliverability focus.
Experience launching web push and measuring its lift.
SQL proficiency to pull segments and validate data.

Responsibilities

Drive Reg→Purchase conversion with post-quiz, paywall-abandonment, onboarding flows.
Own first-purchase activation within the first 7 days.
Differentiate renewal sequences by plan tier (1/3/6 month).
Build pre-cancel intervention flows using cancel reason.
Lead migration off current ESP to omnichannel platform.
Stand up SMS as a marketing channel with TCPA/A2P 10DLC compliance.
Stand up web push and orchestrate cross-channel flows.
