Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to act as a national subject matter expert in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and agency operations. You will partner with leadership to optimize operations, standardize workflows, and guide M&A integration within a large brokerage environment.

Fully remote with preference for Central Time Zone hours. The role requires active P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation preferred, and 5–7+ years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation or equivalent preferred.
• 5–7+ years of commercial lines operational leadership experience in a large brokerage or agency.

Responsibilities

• Drive Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Identify and implement scalable operational improvements.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process optimization to increase productivity and quality.
• Perform root cause analysis to address operational issues.
• Develop workforce plans to support growth and capacity.
