Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations. The role focuses on standardizing workflows, optimizing processes, and driving efficiency across the broker network.

Remote work is preferred with Central Time alignment, with onsite as needed depending on business needs. Ideal candidates hold an active P&C license and CPCU/CIC, with 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership at a large agency.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations and processes.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement improvements.
• Workforce planning and capacity modeling experience.
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions and integration initiatives.
• EPIC experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence leaders in a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
